  5. I rarely if ever give bad reviews. I live alone and use very little water. My water usage is maybe $10/bill and somehow that gets inflated to a total bill of around $75 or more.

  6. Terrible customer service and terrible website. The do not respond to online inquires, and to change the email address associated with your account, you have to cancel that account and start over. This is what happens with a monopoly that it not subject to market forces.
