Don’t fall behind on your bill! Loup offers very little to no assistance for those struggling to pay their bills despite having a donation box for a relief fund at every office. The elderly, disabled, and working poor are at the mercy of …
Nice helpful
Great parks provided by Loup Power! Thank you!
Our rates are so inexpensive when compared to other states. Yay for public power!
Called to confirm outages and they hung up. No outage map on their website either.
They won’t work with you on your bill even though your deposit is more than you owe
Never answer their phones have to leave a voicemail mail & nobody calls you back.
They say 1 thing 1 week and promise you something and the next week it’s all lies and say oh we didn’t say that. They have a commercial on the radio every day and my husband laughs at their comments, supposed to help the people my a** they help!!! If there were no stars I would put it on!!!!
Just had power gone to half the house with negative temperature outside. Loup was here in no time and fixed the problem. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
They will cash your check and then send a disconnect notice after it’s been cashed. Don’t even bother trying to show up with proof because they don’t care. They either have thieves working in accounts payable or they can’t get their sh.t together enough to keeps peoples addresses and bills straight but either way they are awful!
