I have to go for blood work almost every week and I pre-register for it every time…. yet I get there and have to wait for registration every single time. It is highly frustrating and takes forever.
I make it a point to use the lab at Lourdes since they are so professional and skilled. I’ve had a positive painless experience each time. I’m glad to have the lab as an option.
There was a wait time of about a half hour so if you are in a hurry, preregister first. I go with the intention of not being in a hurry so I don’t mind waiting.
The only bad thing I have experienced is a long wait time. The staff are polite and skilled. The receptionist and registration folks are very kind. Always better to pre-register for time saving.
