Between kids and myself, I paid thousands of dollars over several years up front and on time. They claim they sent me a bill (they didn’t). The only bill I ever received was marked up 14% because I didn’t pay the phantom bill of which I had no knowledge. You just lost a customer over $5.

I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to see Dr.Love today. If she knew that she was running that far behind, she could have shown me a little common courtesy and let me know that she’s running behind or reschedule my appointment. I can understand 20 minutes behind but an hour and 15 minutes is ridiculous. My time is valuable also.

I am 68 years old and have worn glasses my whole life. Dr. Bray gave me the most extensive exam I have ever had. She found a problem I have probably had all my life but has never been discovered before. My new prescription will eliminate a lot of eye pain and save my love of reading!

Dr. Love is by far the best optometrist I’ve ever been to see. She does a very thorough exam including the retina evaluation for diabetes.
