Staff is very unorganized. Dr. Mendez forgot to follow through with orders. Waited weeks for call back, ended up having to call. Referrals take awhile.
Well, I waited on hold for assistance for 22 minutes. Then a receptionist came on the line and I told her I needed an appointment. I then waited another 8 minutes on hold before I hung up. Are you kidding me?
The doctors here are young and knowledgeable. They strive to find the root cause not just treat the symptoms.
