People work work here are helpful and polite. Ive noticed a few things that are quite bothersome when it comes to the online banking but overall its a great bank.
The Customer Service is just AWFUL!!! I am going to be changing my bank ASAP!!!! They are very RUDE!!! Brandon was the most helpful and Ashley. Jessica is just rude and act as if she doesn’t want to help anyone with anything!! PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER BANK!!!!

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist. I only had to wait a short time for my loan officer (Sherry). She was able to help me with my loan needs in a fast and professional manner. I would do business with them again.
I have banked with LFCU for a few years now. The service has always been good and the loans are great. The interest rates are low compared to traditional banks and my loan officer Sherry gets an A+++ for putting things together for me.
Called on Monday to move two auto loans to them to save on interest. Was told to come in Tuesday morning. After taking off for the morning, once there was then told I need to wait a month. The longer they make you wait the higher the interest goes up. I’d stay away from this place.
