  1. I read all of the negative reviews and was confused, because I just had a great customer service experience. They went above and beyond to get me help, and did so in a very polite, courteous, and professional manner.

  2. If I could rate this entity a 0 I would. Terrible customer service from Arthur and the office women. Least you forget this is a Public Utility and you work for the PUBLIC. I have filed formal complaints with Commision of Public Works and Office of Regulatory Staff. Maybe this place should be staffed with those who actually want jobs.

  3. Worst customer service ever… I got my bill it was high… So I went in to get some clarity. Turns out there is a disconnection fee on my bill even though my water was never disconnected.. The lady in the office even went so fair as to accuse me of turning my own water back on.

  8. Absolutely awesome service! My tenants well collapsed in and I needed a tap put in. Instead of having to wait the original 2 weeks they declared an emergency and had the tap in the next day!
