Ever since we switched over to LJP I’ve had to pick up random bits of recyclables from my neighbors today they only took half of my recycling and my other neighbors house had a trash bag dumped in the middle of the street
Do not bring household construction debris to LJP! It is a $45 minimum charge. It appears to be that minimum for anything. Triple what it was about a year ago. Bring your construction debris to Pilgrim Demolition Landfill instead on 3rd Ave. End result of this type of pricing will be more garbage in the ditches.
Residential garbage not picked up on the scheduled day & no customer notice of delay, time & time again. Garbage put out Monday evening not picked up until Thursday morning – after multiple calls to LJP. Management did return my phone calls, so review moved up to 3 stars because their service has improved recently.
Been trying to get a price on a dumpster for 2 weeks. Called 2 or 3 times. The guy says he’ll look into it and get back to us (because I guess the guy that deals with that is gone?????) but never does. If that says anything about dealing with them on a regular basis, I guess I’d rather not.
Arrived early for delivery appointment. Checked in @ office, then ran across scale & assigned door. Fairly rapid unload, then back across scale empty & grabbed signed paperwork. Hour + 45 from start to rolling out.
Had one of their semi truck driver tailgating me in the pouring rain! Was already driving 60 in a 50 but he continued to ride my bumper! It got so bad I had to pull over and let the guy pass me. Hopefully management takes this seriously and talks to their driver about his driving behaviors.

I manage a 24 unit apartment complex in LeSueur and they haven’t picked up our garbage in a week and a half when it’s supposed to be picked up twice a week.
