I sure like the new website, but I do NOT like PayPal, I can never get it to work. I will have to go to the old fashion way and mail my payment. I wish an option was given, either PayPal or check.
If you want to be awakened at 2 AM, then this is the company to use. EDIT: M&W changed the time of their pickup after I contacted them. Much appreciated!
I have had zero trouble. I like doing business with smaller local businesses much better than huge corporations. Better service and better customer service.
The service was OK but when I cancelled it took months and several phone calls to get my refund. Only often going to their office in person I received my money back.

Pretty solid local trash service! A couple mild issues(dumpsters left in ditches, one day delay), but less issues than we used to get in town with Republic. They also staff with veterans and are local, so please support your local businesses!

They are great workers do their job and lady that answers the phone is very nice and helpful
The office staff have been pretty good and I mostly respect the pickup crew. However, they constantly block access to/from my mailbox. I have called about it and it stops for a few weeks, but they are right back at it again. I cannot get mail on trash day because the way is blocked by an empty trash can!
This morning they came and while empting our trash the kid slung the container around trash came out and busted a jar right at the driveway they swept it but didn’t pick up busted glass. With contractors due anytime to begin work, I had to go out and pickup broken glass so the contractors or myself wouldn’t get it in our tires.
