The nurse and doctor were very polite to me, eye exam I had was due to me having cranial surgery. The doctor explained all issues my eyes had and explained in words I understood. Once in the clinic room, exam went quickly.
We were told zero copay at check in. then charged for the contact lens fitting and refraction without any warning. Then the contact lens fitting included an insult about losing weight and improved vision. The lady at checkout argued with my wife. I have my prescription and will shop elsewhere. Will not return.
My “emergency” visit to M&M Eye Institute was a very surprising experience. I have never had a medical office visit as efficient, helpful and friendly as my visit to M&M. I love this place and would never think of going anywhere else for my eye care.
