I am seriously impressed with the emergency department and staff at this hospital. They handled my wife’s Situation with care and expertise and I very much appreciate them.
Pitiful excuse of a place they had cockroaches lice on the linen waited in the lobby 3 hrs & then they left my husband in a room for over 2 hours without seeing him before we decided to go to Sumner in Gallatin
Just trying to make phone contact after my fiance was rushed to the emergency room. Person answering the phone hung up on me 3 times. Still don’t 5hee status.

Worst hospital ever. They took a guess at what was wrong with me, and told me to come back if symptoms worsen. But they didn’t even figure out why I was passing out and seizing. Waiting on thousands of dollars in bills to come in the mail after getting a google answer from a doctor. Horrible place.

Seen a Dr. Possibly for 2 minutes, then the nurses did the rest. That is, they did check in and dismissed. She was really nice though. The Dr. Was AWFUL.. never again. We will make the drive to Gallatin.
We have had a pleasant experience here. The new ER is very nice. We went for imaging and were worked in as quickly as they could get us. The staff were very kind and turned around results quickly. Although this is a small hospital, you are able to get quality care with a caring group.
I was admitted here for 3 days from 12/09-12/12. I have to say that the nurses where the inpatients rooms are were ing and super sweet. Dr. O was my doctor and was great! I am so thankful for them. Thank you all!!
