  1. The owner always say call customer service…He or She like to laugh, because customer service is a joke. Laughing and collecting our money for high price energy.

  3. They don’t report timely payments to the credit unions, but if you move twice in one year, they allocate payment as they wish and report it as late payment to trans union!! Beware!!

  4. Any dead elderly or rotten food stores can be left in the mg&e entryway. They disconnected en masse prior to the deadly conditions, knowing full well of the unprecedented heat wave, and its capacity to kill those without refrigeration, cooling, light, communication and transportation.

  5. Bill was over due, paid same day I got disconnected. They bussled and got us in on a reconnection the very same day! Now that’s putting the customer first. Cheers MGE.

  9. Put a new furnace in and a black iron fitting was oval-shaped. Leak checked three times could not find the leak. Called mge at six o’clock on a Friday night he was there within the hour. He not only found a very small leak but helped fix it. He was great.
