1/25/2019 have been sitting in the er with my mom since 6pm it’s now 730pm not heard anything they haven’t checked on her. Save yourself an hour and don’t come here at night just drive to Jackson.
They need a better nutrition service is horrible had family members stay there the bed was broken the toliet was nasty and the food was worse I have seen food in a garage can look better than what they put on the people’s plates don’t know …
Line was about 45 minutes, not to bad. The nurse was very nice. Didn’t even feel the shot.

The staff at MGH were very courteous and helpful in scheduling our COVID-19 vaccination shots. They were knowledgeable and very friendly in person and over the phone. The entire process took less than 15 minutes including the paperwork and injection. This hospital is great for scheduling and administering the COVID-19 vaccination.

Friendly people but the er is awful. The staff completely ignored my problem. They gave me a shot for the symptoms. And sent me on my way. The problem is still there and they didn’t even try to figure out what it was.
