MVEC has always been very responsive to my concerns. I had 2 technicians who came at 8:30 p.m. to check to see if I had a short in the line. They repaired it immediately and checked to make sure it was working properly before they left.
I don’t know what the heck is going but I’ve had like 5 outages within one month. It’s ridiculous that I had to call customer service to get an explanation of why it keeps happening. Even customer service had to figure what was going on. Y’all are so quick to charge but can’t keep us updated about anything. Be better!

A $300 electric bill is ridiculous!!!! Same type of usage as previous months and years. Went up $100-$200 a month! You guys are a monopoly and you take advantage of the lower income families. Can’t wait to move out of your territory.
