  2. Awful water company-Today Magnolia water came to my condo section to turn on my neighbor’s water.. instead turned off mine at 5pm in the evening… guess what we’re both now out of water!!!! Pure Incompetence!!!

  4. They cut my water off because my payment was stuck in the mail. I have filed a complain with the bbb and hopefully the next time it snows in south Louisiana, the mail will work thru it so we wont have to pay $130 plus the bill to get reconnected. Im talking to the mayor of Youngsville to have another water company available.

  6. My bill was due Friday and I paid it Saturday. when I woke up Monday morning they shut my water of for non payment and I had to pay a reconnect fee! These people are pathetic!

  7. So they shut off our water, I called to get it back on Af 3:00pm and they had shut down at 2:00pm. Called the emergency number and the dudes attitude was HORRIBLE. Guess it’s easy to be jerks when you have a monopoly. Wish there was another water option besides a water well. Terrible terrible company and people who just do not care.

Called to see what I needed to switch in our name did exactly what they said, missing address typed up wouldn’t accept or willing to speak with the person allowing us to take it out their name. These people here are very rude and walk away. If you have to be this rude and disrespectful to customers then this isn’t your job.

  11. We’re literally under a boil advisory all the time I have to shower with this water cook with this water. This water is disgusting and a health hazard. Something needs to be done about it because I cannot even afford to have City water …
