Lady’s at the office seem so upset every time I have to interact with this place.
Y’all didn’t cut my water on after I paid. Then have the never to try to charge me an extra 20 dollars to send someone to do the job they were supposed to already do. Horrible experience with yalls bs system.
If I had the option to use anyone else, I would have. One month my water bill is 128 and the next is 101. The guy using the meter can’t be reading it right since it is disconnected from the electric meter. Called about it then was told …
I’d give this company 0 stars if I could. Water is constantly being shut off for Some issue and if the water is not off then we are under a boil ban . I’m so sick of this. This place is pretty expensive water but can’t manage to do the basic things.
