  29. Used for a car loan, probably the worst web portal for payments I’ve seen since 1997. They broke their previously functional automatic payment system, you can’t review loan balance and completely nonstandard pw requirements.

I have never had a returned check or received a check that was returned. They are not being helpful I have been with them since 1996 but I guess its time to move on to another bank!!
