Malbar Vision diagnosed a problem that I have had for many years that other optometrists missed. Malbar also took the initiative to refer me to a specialist to pinpoint exactly what the issue is before they could give me a prescription. The service from the front desk, the technician, and the optometrist was phenomenal.
I don’t usually give reviews or ratings.. But this facility is outstanding. Dr. Schramm is one of the best Ophthalmologists. Dr. was super professional and engaging. Staff was wonderful aswell. Malbar at this location has gained two forever patients! = )

Terrible experience. Lens in glasses does not fit frame. Also, tried to refill contacts a day before the prescription expired but they cancelled the prescription so they could charge a college student for another exam, knowing I don’t have vision insurance. Literally go anywhere else.
Had a great visit. I was called back right away. Don’t like their new answering service as hard to get through, but once there it was all good. Need to expand their frame section though, need more reasonable priced, yet stylish. I refuse to pay $400.00 for frames. The Dr’s are good and let you know everything going on.
