We are seeing the same issue, billing done couple of years later. More importantly they claim that they have done more tests without prior authorization. We are trying to figure out how we can escalate this matter, we also suspect that the forms are doctored.
It’s difficult to get an appointment. Phone calls are rarely answered and requests for a call back take several days to be returned. If you miss their call, you have to start all over again leaving another message.

I agree with all the complaints here. They are dishonest and just trying to collect from patients that were told by the previous honest owner they don’t owe. Such a shame that this new doctor and staff are ruining what was a great practice.
I have been getting my mammograms at this location over 14 years. Great service and very friendly staff. They make you feel comfortable and show genuine interest in you well being. They are responsible for finding my cancer in the pre stages over 10 years ago. I would not go anywhere else!
