Hands down one of the best ambulance companies that I have ever dealt with! They transported my mom on several occasions and it was smooth as silk from the transport to the billing process. Thank you!
The worst in billing a nightmare overcharged patient no bill was sent in fact it was sent to an incorrect address. No idea until a billing collector placed it on my credit report. How’s that for lousy service. Reader check your credit report.
$1900 to go less than a mile in West Hollywood? You’ve got to be kidding me! This company is a joke that exists only to steal money from hard working people. The whole ride shouldn’t have cost more than $500. And even that amount is too high.
What a ridiculous situation we’re in here. A $3,000 bill because our doctor oddly decided to call these people who run the ambulance over and blindly, without thinking, take a patient across the street who clearly didn’t need this costly service. Lord, help us fix this healthcare mess.
