I finally saw a doctor, she was very good, fast, and professional, but the service getting there was painfully slow.
I’ve use several online doctor services and this one is hands down the best. Never waited more than 5 mins for a doctor and customer service is great. They always have a nurse on staff so if you need minor things like script transfer you dont have to wait to hear back from the doctor.
Charged my card 4 times and then told me to wait 30-45 days for the claim to go through my insurance before I could see if they would take all 4 transactions .the service was great and doctor was great just not happy with the 4 charges for one consult lol

Mdlive has poor communication and Calvin the supervisor only cares about defending the company. I wouldn’t recommend mdlive to anyone ever. Cigna made a mistake signing with them and I look forward to telling cigna about my horrible experience and making sure anything charged by mdlive is canceled.

To be honest, I was surprised to see so many one-star reviews! I’ve only had good experiences with my appointments through MDLive. Each time I had a short wait time, spoke with doctors who were on-time and pleasant, and was wrapped up within 15 minutes or so. Will definitely continue to use this service!
