Horrible utility company. Went several days last month with no water and no notification (facebook is not a notification) and now my bill is higher this month. Very shady company and very rude staff.
Paid our bill, have proof of payment and our water is shut off due to no payment. Called them to pay the bill again and a 50.00 fee for turn on..worst water district ever. Unreal
They held my water bill so didn’t know it was due then shut my water off over a thirty dollar bill and added fifty dollars to reconnect it. If they would send a bill I’d pay it. Their crooks!

I have lived here 3 years and for what ever reason they can not keep water at a descent pressure to my property. I have to call them a couple times a month and all they do is alter water to street. I al really tired of paying to dollar for nothing. At this point I may need to start hauling water.
