  2. When I called to inquire about a piece medical equipment, I got the answering machine. (FYI: That’s # 1 on my pet peeve list.) So I push button thinking I might get a person. It rang 10 or do times, then another answering machine. I give this place a big fat 0.

  6. I think their people work on commission. They are right on it when comes time to sell you something expensive, but if you need to return it then no calls back and they try to persuade you to keep something that you clearly state is not right for you.

  9. I have received some of the best patient/customer service here that I have ever seen. The staff were attentive to my needs and willing to listen to any concerns or questions I had for my particular situation. I highly reccomend them for your home health needs.
