When I called to inquire about a piece medical equipment, I got the answering machine. (FYI: That’s # 1 on my pet peeve list.) So I push button thinking I might get a person. It rang 10 or do times, then another answering machine. I give this place a big fat 0.

This company preys on individuals in need of medical equipment with outlandish rates and sneaky tactics. Do yourself a favor and shop around before selecting a durable medical equipment (DME) provider.
I think their people work on commission. They are right on it when comes time to sell you something expensive, but if you need to return it then no calls back and they try to persuade you to keep something that you clearly state is not right for you.
This place is the best on medical supplies and friendliness and gives you a call to see if you need everything you have purchased every 3 months and the next day its at your front door. Keep up the good work guys your the best *****
