  1. Takes forever to get an appointment. Then they bill insurance for products that you don’t receive. Try to get all of the equipment set and they want you to schedule an hour appointment. We are cranky, non-good sleeping customers who don’t have time and energy to jump hurtles.

  8. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Needed small part for a mask and instead of charging me for a replacement part (which I would have happily payed for) they happened to have an extra and provided at no charge as a courtesy. Highly recommend.
