Wow, I’ve been a patient here for many years, and it sounds like service and professionalism has really declined. I was going to make an appointment but after reading all the reviews, I’m going to go elsewhere. Sad, apparently the don’t even care about what the reviews are saying.
I like the doctors here. My family has been going to this practice for about 10 years. The office staff often seems overwhelmed and not always professional, but they do have staff that speak Spanish and I noticed that they are very accommodating to the elderly patients.
I’ve been coming to this facility for years. De Green and his staff are always professional and treat me with respect. Never had any problems with their billing.
Dr is okay. Office is terrible. They double billed me. I don’t want to even call just to argue with them. I contacted by charge card company and will let them take care of it. Beware!! They also are terrible about returning calls and putting you on hold forever.
Made an appointment last year, got an appointment card from the staff. Showed up for the appointment on time & they didn’t have a record of the appointment. They told me that I’d have to wait 1.5 hours to see a doctor. The front office incompetence is a huge turn off and totally affects my view of the Dr. Will not be returning.

I just got back from having a complete eye exam, that place is very clean and the staff is awesome. Dr Green is very nice. I enjoyed my visit there. Also the I ordered me two pairs of glasses.
