  10. Excellent service. I took my BiPAP machine on a trip but forgot a part needed for it to work effectively. They overnight-ed the part to my hotel and my machine worked fine for the rest of my trip. Great Service.

  11. Even with insurance, they charge nearly full retail cost for supplies. On top of that, they regularly send the wrong equipment (only once out of 5 shipments have they actually sent the right thing). Closest thing to a scam as I’ve encountered in the medical supply industry. Stay away.

  13. HORRIBLE company to do business with! Customer service is lacking on every level. Took this company several days to come out and repair a bed for a client. Had no problem taking your credit card for the $100 service call fee, and many, many follow up calls to get a response. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!!!
