My experience here is one I will never forget. The hospital had very poor service. I was waiting in room 7 for a couple hours just to get my knee drained and that only takes 3 minutes and no doctor came up to me or to look at me.
Blood work fail to freeze save package process test n do what was ordered for my friend. Though they would be better or equil to quest, go to quest people! No one wants to waste time going more than once esp if need be a ride time blood taken more than once results so you can do more to get well n not want to do again.
Worked with them on a professional level for a mutual client. Good response time and very cooperative. Rural areas need to continue to have hospital facilities and finding providers to staff them is difficult. I am grateful that Orleans county has this resource available.

Luckily I haven’t had to go there recently for in patient but when I did years ago I was very happy. Have been there for the ER and labs many times and have always left pleased.

Medina Memorial Hospital offers convenience in our rural area. I always get my lab work done there, so I don’t need to leave the area for something that only takes a couple minutes.
My husband had a 9-day stay a few months ago on PCU 2. The nurses were amazing and so was the Dr. He received amazing care from everyone involved and it was so convenient to be able to easily visit daily being right here, close to home.
