Thank you medstar for taking an hour and a half to pick up a patient when you said you would be a half hour and not even checking up. I won’t bother calling again.
This was my first experience dealing with them by far the worst medics I’ve come in contact with . They where not nice at all didn’t introduce themselves to us at all . They both had very sad looks on their faces as if they didn’t want to …
2 hours late to transport my father from the hospital to rehab and didn’t apologize once. Would never rely on them to respond promptly in an emergency.
I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for medstars fast response and the how well trained their emts are I can’t thank them enough for saving my life multiple times in the last 2 years …
They are some of the most nastiest people I’ve ever had to deal with. Sometimes they remind me of rent-a cops!!! Be respectful of someone else’s home or office, and medstar is not more than they are unfortunately.
My husband was supposed to be picked up at 6pm to be transported to another hospital well, here it is 8 and still waiting. I called dispatch and got the rudest little *****.
I suffered a concussion at work. The MedStar Ambulance came and I refused to be taken to McClaren Hospital. I explained that I’m a veteran and I will go to the VA for free healthcare services. The MedStar guy, supposedly a vet himself, …
The guys were gr8.
I pd the $36.34 bill. It has already been realized. I got the bill 7/29 and its 8/7. Your billing office sux. In these times there oughta be a law. I wouldn’t …
They only do transport in Mount Clemens? City seems to think a Taxi with Lights, is close enough to Mcclaren Trauma Center. People are dying, Medstar doesn’t seem to know CPR, or have life saving equipment? We have qualified Fire Fighters that would do so much more, for us!
Nate and Tristan were marvelous even in the middle of a three day 16 hour shift. They saved my life Saturday, March 21. The two EMTs were professional and very supportive and endearing. Stars of the day helping people.
Worst Ambulance service ever. First of all the driver who was transporting my 4 year old son never used turn signals cut across 3 lanes of traffic without signaling or giving a damn about who was in the ambulance. Then to top it off the …
When I had to call 911 yesterday the paramedic is had named Steve or Steven was so kind to me. I was in so much pain and scared and he was so professional and treated me like a family member. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
I got diagnosed with COVID on Wednesday (11-17). The hospital told me that MedStar would call me on Thursday to set upa at home infusion. I waited until Friday afternoon to call because I didn’t receive one had to leave a voicemail hour …
This has been the most pleasant job experience I have ever been in. The staff is extremely friendly and supportive of your success and further your career. If you are looking for a career that you will love and also want to have as a second family this is the place to work.
I’m a current academy student at Medstar and I am enjoying every moment here. There’s opportunities and spots for everyone. The instructors and employees are helpful, amazing and they care about your education and making sure you get everything you need. They wanna see you succeed. That’s what I love most!
Horrible service….No compassion for the elderly patient at all !! They had my 89 year old Mom with a heart condition walk up a flight of stairs. I will never recommend them!!
When my mom recently fell at home and broke her hip, Medstar arrived a little after the Mt Clemens Fire Department. Both worked hand in hand very professionally. Thanks to all who cared for and transported her.
Horrible avoid them at all cost. My Mom waited for ambulance from 2 pm to 6 pm at 6 pm they said they are delayed by another 2-3 hrs And now go ahead and post many positive comments to hide my comment
Does not show up for scheduled transportation. They have given me a different excuse for their negligence every time. Inconsistent, unorganized, and unhelpful.
Not sure how well you can trust their drivers considering I had to slam on my breaks and honk to the heavens after they pulled out right in front of me to turn left. I’m not sure how they didn’t see me but I’m sure glad I saw them.
I’m letting you know that the 2 EMT name Chris were the best EMT ‘s I ever had. Gave me an IV with out pain or problem finding a vein. Gave me medicine for nausea.
I am less than 2 minutes from this place of business. But i am in Harrison Twp, which is “outside of their jurisdiction”. Yet they will travel to the far reaches of Macomb County. The lack of compassion from an ambulatory business is …
Not sure why you hire people who can’t do their job because if a person is in need of being lifted versus walking…jus make sure they are prepared to be able to assist either way. My services were in the Warren Michigan…terrible services when it came to needing them the most
Fast and life saving. Thank you a million times
Staff is very rude!! Would not use if given a choice!
Came to my uncles house with 1 guy, what are you gonna do with that? Also lack of experience.
Awesome people, both dispatch and drivers were exceptional!!!!
Very kind, thoughtful people. They made a stressful time a lot easier. Thank you.
Some people should not be in this profession! They were so rude and rough with my husband
Thank you medstar for taking an hour and a half to pick up a patient when you said you would be a half hour and not even checking up. I won’t bother calling again.
Awful.
I love the staff and treatment my parent receives from Medstar!
Great and knowledgeable staff, seem to know their stuff. Always happy to help those in need. Thank you!

Caring helpful and gentle. I can’t thank Sydney and Lydia enough for transporting me to hospital. If I can request Sydney every time I would.
