  10. Medway is really good at what they do. I was in a situation with a vendor who was, due to internal changes, no longer in network. After 5 months of the insurance company telling me I had not been approved prior to receiving services, Medway came to the rescue. Problems solved. Thanks, Inger.

  11. The communication with Medway Medical is terrible. The customer service rep I talk to was not helpful. Their phone system is not user friendly at all. You do not have the option to be put on hold. You just have to wait for Medway Medical to call you back. And that call back may take up to 24 hours to receive.
