Let me preface this review by saying I am a paramedic and thus I have some medical knowledge. That being said the doctors and nurses were plain idiots. To top it off, they were arrogant idiots. Needless to say, save yourself the trouble and stay away.
The price was OUTRAGEOUS. I spent a total of 45 minutes in this place. I received a swab test, a single shot, they checked by basic vitals, and wrote me a prescription. The bill is now approaching $2,500 for this service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THESE PLACE WILL ROB YOU.
When I went to there for an emergency, they told me they are in-network and charge $100 copay. But later I received letter from my insurance company, told me this center is out-of-network, and they billed me $20,000. This is ridiculous.
I came in during the Harvey catastrophe with bronchitis and they took care of me right away. Doctor and staff were very courteous. They were there all through the flooding event.
Wouldn’t accept Visa gift cards for payment because they “can’t afford the merchant fees”. Like really????? You get $200 copay plus insurance profit just to tell me that I need to let my body heal itself and you can’t afford merchant fees to take my money?!

ZERO STARS. My son went in to get a simple nasal swab COVID test. They told him they were in network for our insurance. They told him the test would be $150 billed to insurance. They lied. They were NOT in network and they billed my insurance $2600. Insurance paid them $800 leaving me on the hook for the balance.
Although it’s never fun to go to an ER, I had a great experience. Everyone was extremely nice and caring. My doctor was amazing and my nurse was extraordinary.
