2:30 today we left there and the young receptionist was very rude and unprofessional
Aptitude tests should be required before hiring at this establishment…
Great staff and Dr’s. Highly recommend this hospital.
Will never go here again my 3 month old baby was poorly treated. Staff was so rude.
I just had shoulder surgery and the care I received from Dr. Murphy and all the staff was incredible. They went above and beyond!
Dr. Pat Robertson is an amazing Orthopedic surgeon. You need to add his name and use less of Thunder Basin.
I’m a diabetic Canadian that was traveling back home who had to make an emergency stop at this hospital. The staff and doctors treated me with the highest level of respect and care. Thank you to all the staff, you are wonderful .
I went there for sudden onset of dizziness, no balance, and almost passed out at home. They said it was just anxiety. A week later and Im still feeling this way. I have to self treat. They dont want to give the time or resources to actually help people, they just want people out of the ER as quickly as possible.
Went to emergency room started out with good service then nurse came in .she seems all of E R nurses thinks they are appointed by GOD VERY CONDESCENDING will not answer questions she interrupted me then acted like I’m keeping her from her job
DO NOT GO! UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET MISTREATED, DISRESPECTED, AND IGNORED. Did what my Drs (injection & pain manager) and went to the ER when I needed some extra pain relief from a greater occipital nerve blocker shot, and all this hospital …
Chef Jeff of MHCC catered our wedding and did an amazing job. There were a lot of changes that needed made due to the regulations changing with Covid-19, and everything came through flawlessly with the catering. Their food is always wonderful!
ER doctor was extremely rude and didn’t care to do anymore testing for a blood clot. Way over priced worst hospital in Wyoming. Just an update. If it wasn’t for life flight my oldest boy would be dead. Spent over a month in Denver to get rid of the blood clots that Douglas said he didn’t have. Avoid this hospital at all costs!
My family loves Dr Skuza, the pediatrician. You can tell she’s extremely smart, but her bedside manner is really down to earth and compassionate. My kids always look forward to seeing her!
Keep your receipts and records, because more than once they have billed me multiple times when I paid my bill and had receipts to prove it. Just a heads up.
I took my son in for a hernia and was told it would be done the next day. They called me later and said they needed prior authorization from the insurance company and would call back. They called a week later and said they had the …
My wife dislocated her shoulder and broke her upper humerus bone. The ER got her sorted pretty well, and they managed to get her shoulder back in but then the Othopedic doc got involved and said he could not fix the broken bone until 11 …

I was treated so kind and all the staff were fabulous. Dr. Murphy performed above and beyond on my knee surgery, but that is just the kind of Doctor he is. The BEST!! The Nurses in Outpatient Sugery were so good. Just to name a few Liz, …
This hospital has the only pediatric diabetic doc in Wyoming so I had no choice but to take my son here. The doctor and her staff were nice and professional however my son had dual private insurance (my husband and I both carried coverage) …

The dr friday night left my brother in sever pain mot willing to do anything for him because it interuprupted his nap time. I’m his is completely unprofessional in my books. How can a doctor that’s supposed to serve the people be so heartless!
