How are you people going to charge an old lady $10000 plus dollars on a utility bill that is disgusting. Your system had to of shown that there was an astronomical amount of water going to her property. Yet you try to profit from it.
Dora Hooks was very informative,,she is very nice pleasant to be around…I went to 4 locations before i met here ,she help me,and apologize for any inconvenience her colleagues caused,,If anyone is trying to connect lights please contact Dora ,she gets the job done!!!!
Worst experience ever. Power outage all over downtown for a full day now, and it looks like the ‘crew’ working on it decided they had tried enough and went home. Really terrible service! Makes me want to move someplace else.
Worst Customer Service…going to the office in person with id’s documents and payments wasn’t enough. Someone in the office misplaced a copy of my id???? My account is inactive for missing copy of ID. No notice..no letter…no lights. MLGW Sucks. WELCOME TO MEMPHIS.
When I moved to memphis I didn’t expect to have my power off so much. I’ve lived here two months and my power has been out more times than the last eight years combined with LG&E.
I really wish I could give 0 stars. They move slow. I waited for 2 hours to speak to someone about my bill. They already overcharge and try to get over on you. I hate dealing with mlgw I don’t understand why there isn’t another light company in Memphis mlgw is a monopoly!

Worst utility company that ever was, can’t get anything done right and somehow made things worse every time they came to the neighborhood to fix something. Just leave garbage and holes in the street for months to do simple patches… Horrible. Shut them down and start from scratch.
Why still have the locations closed memphis has too many customers for this banks even has the inside open. We already don’t have another light company to choose from. We just automatically have to take disappointment from here….
I used to pay all my utilities, now I have to carry a hundred dollars or more over to the next month and it drastically still increases even though I follow mlgw guidelines to keep the utilities affordable.
More like MLG & ROB YOU! This company cares nothing for the citizens of this city. They only care about the monopoly they have on the utilities here. They love to punish the poor. No disconection notice but utilities still disconnected in EXTREAME heat. This city needs more utility options instead of one, money hungry one.
