I am being charged 65$ dollars for customer service every month. This is so ridiculous. 65$ for customer service ? How is this not considered theft. This needs to be looked at. Horrible customer service. Rude doesn’t help the low income disabled vets. No paymemt arrangements. Takes people out of care program and was not even people’s fault. Irs fault.
