I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for 4 days now with no response and no one answering the phone. My medication is about to run out and when I go through withdrawals I try to commit suicide. Don’t waste your time here. They aren’t worth it.
I have called 3 days a week for the past MONTH and nobody has answered the phone. MENTAL HEALTH, is serious and should be taken seriously. Someone who is mentally ill can not wait a month for help.

Came in for a 9am appt and at 9:40 was told to come back for a telehealth visit because the provider works from home on Friday. From home??? Totally unprofessional from check in until I left. This is why the mental health system is broken

Been sitting waiting on my therapist to join the zoom for 22 minutes….past what time they were supposed to be there.
