  1. Terrible coverage with even worse customer service. You can NEVER get anyone on the phone. Getting prescriptions is almost impossible. I can’t believe it’s legal for a company in charge of people’s health to operate like this. It’s criminal.

  2. Got a policy through them on the marketplace. All my providers showed in network and then less then 1 month in two of my providers no longer took the insurance. Never again will I settle for a company like this

  7. How refreshing to get straight answers right away, and not have to go to numerous web sites to get the information you need. I bill for my provider had had nothing but big runarounds with other insurance companies. Thank you soooooooooo much.

  8. Been a member for over a year and have been to one doctor’s appointment. Needed physical therapy and was denied coverage. I pay $420 a month. This plan and company is garbage.

  9. Worst transportation service ever! I have been trying to book a ride for more than a week and still no ride yet. They kept telling me that they will call back and they never call back. Don’t ever rely on their transportation. Their transportation service sucks.

  40. I am a provider who is currently dealing with Meridian for patients who have imaging and medication denials. Every single prior authorization that I do for patients is denied. I would highly recommend to avoid using this insurance if you can.

The building is really nice though they have a service desk right when you walk in and also a gym that you can sign up for as well as a few other places.
