This location is very slow and don’t recommend to come here. They have no respect for their patients time. Took over and hour and half to get vitals done and their were only me and another patient waing to be seen ridiculous.
Very unprofessional. I have to keep calling and calling for something they told me they were going to do & they never do it . My test result came back incomplete and they haven’t called me since after they told me the next day they would be ready and that was a week ago .
Slow service and they don’t care about patients time. Very unorganized. Sat for an hour just to be told the doctor left at the last minute. Communication is terrible. Don’t come here.

Great for primary care and weight loss. NOW get an IV infusion of vitamins including B, C for immune support. We have a nutritionist that takes her time and provides good resources. This is full service care.
The Service is Great! I Felt Very Welcomed, and Comfortable. The Receptionist, was also very knowledgeable, and Helpful. A Pharmacy is stationed at the bottom Level of the Building which is Highly Convenient. I Definitely Refer Anyone, who are Suffering From Opioid Dependence, Weight Loss, or just Seeking Primary Care.
On my first visit there the doctor was very patient with me. Every prescription that I needed he got them for me which was something that my old primary care doctor wasn’t able to do. Dr. Hooker gave me plenty of time and I feel very comfortable with him being my new primary care doctor.
