Mtfcu is no longer a “small town” bank anymore. We’ve had more problems this year than ever before with their system and telephone customer service. We are working on migrating our accounts elsewhere.

last two phone calls were answered by call center – people had no idea what they were talking about and couldn’t do simple transaction. This time I was told to go to bank. Phone calls now answered with the standard “calls higher than usual” line for longer wait. The personal service is gone.
If someone steals your card info and makes fraudulent charges to your account their approach is SUCKS TO BE YOU your financial loss is of no concern to us. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!
Call to get account balance and of course an associate anwserd that had a hard time with English. After I give my social, birth date, account number, he asked about an adress and then apologized he couldn’t give me any information….. …
