MCSB manages to combine the benefits of a small local bank with the features of a larger bank, such as robust online offerings, etc. I’m much happier here than I was when I used the larger regional and national banks in the past.
Been with MCSB for 18 months and within that 18 months i was refused money at 3 atm’s and charged the amount that i had asked for. I wanted $80.00 dollars but the machine said “financial institution not available” so i wasn’t given money …
It was the first bank I used growing up, and their service was so good that I continued to use them when I went off to college even though I could only visit the branches when I was home on break. Of course their online banking and partnership with other local banks’ atms made sticking with them more practical as well.
The mortgage process was unbelievably easy. Amazing customer service throughout and worked so well with our title company and realtor. We had problems with seller and title issues, but they worked around them all and took all the stress away from these issues. Thank you. Matt, at our Concord branch!

Unbelievably bad service, manager brad to busy playing with receptionist to help
Great people that were very helpful.
ABSOLUTELY CALLING! It took me three times to actually get to a teller! Other than that, I love banking with you.
I wouldn’t bank anywhere else! It’s a trustworthy, local bank with great products and service.
They went out of their way to accommodate an unusual request during the Covid-19 mess. Very pleasant and helpful.
