Mesa Springs Reviews ( 177 )

  1. One of my friends went here (name I will not disclose) and they deadnamed him the entire time kept him there against his will as well as lied to him about treatments and what they were doing and lied continually. They didn’t let him out until someone complained.

  2. If you need outpatient help, Better off attending a free CODA or AA , NA, etc. and getting a personal psychiatrist who knows what they are doing.

  3. I’ve been here twice and honestly can’t complain, other than a few staff could be better, but no one is perfect. They helped me so much! I can’t thank y’all enough!

  4. They are holding people against their will. Telling us that if one was to try to get out and the didn’t see “fit” they would get a judge to sign an order to keep patient against their will.

  5. The most unprofessional , rude and insulting experience I have ever had anywhere in my entire life.I confronted the problems I had with their staff and patients with the director of patient advocacy on a daily basis and was not only denied …

  9. They don’t need to make appts because apparently it doesn’t make a difference. You make an appt and wait 5-7 hrs past appt time. If that’s the case they need to tell you that when you make an appt

  10. Had appointment for 3pm arrived early. was told there were 2 people in front of us. an hour and 30 minutes later was told there is still 2 people in front of us. This place is a joke why set appointments

  11. Inefficient at discharge. My daughter was held 48 hrs longer to wait for a doctor’s signature to be released.
48 hours of astronomical cost for a doctor’s signature!!! Really?
Business is to make money, this is no different. 🙁

  12. I came here for help with depression, anxiety and grief. They gave me the tools I needed to be able to persevere through bad thoughts. They also helped me find medications that work best for me. So thankful for this life change.

  13. I went there for an evaluation and they wanted, nay, INSISTED that I stay for 3 to 5 days, otherwise they wouldn’t help me get a psychiatrist to see, which is why I went there. I didn’t go there to be pressured into staying.

  14. To tell you the truth this turned out to be toxic! Fake staff who showed fake kindness students forming cliques rude doctors understsff I was threatened by other patients and made fun of crying wouldn’t even help .seriously I put myself through hell and trusted the wrong sources.

They do an excellent job of keeping someone safe, diagnosing accurately, treating both medical and emotional concerns, and doing all this in a warm and compassionate environment. Highly recommend to anyone needing help and hope.

  29. I was told by the doctor and staff that I was un helpable. That was after 7 days of in patient treatment. So I told them I fear for my safety and the safety of others and the turned me away…I just asked for help. And I got insurance to pay!

  34. Front desk woman was very rude. I was told incorrect information about visitation times Mon-Thurs. Her response to me was, “she has worked here for a long time she thinks she would know what the correct times are.” She could of had a better response.

  35. DO NOT GO HERE. I have warned you. One big lie, starting with the liar who answers the phone. Had an appt at 5:30. All I needed was a new doctor and meds. Tick Tick Tick. I am in a consultation room to fill out paperwork. I’d not had meds …

  44. A friend was here for a few days because of an anxiety disorder, you would think that they wouldn’t allow aggressive or threatening behavior but not the case. This predator would walk around behind anyone he could scare a little and get his kicks. the staff was aware but nothing was done. so me friend left worse than when she entered.

  45. They helped my depression and anxiety in no way whatsoever. It will not only waste your time here, it will drain your wallet, and for what; additional stress in your life or more suicidal thoughts. The staff here is rude and it’s not worth …

  46. Front desk personnel can only be described as shockingly and unnecessarily rude. I can’t imagine why management would continue to defend and excuse such unprofessional behavior.
