The staff answering phone is not knowledgeable nor willing to help, and never can go back to file to look up previous orders. There hours are not function able for working people. Seeing the Dr has been impossible because she gone at 230.
Wonderful doctors and physicians and nurses, the lab is always quick, wait time is minimal. Calling in on their phone system however is a pain. An automated system that rings busy for literally an hour straight is very frustrating when you’re trying to return a call to the doctors.
