Definitely over charge people with any fee they can. We use about $90 for water and sewer according to our bill ($23 water/$67 sewer) yet our bill is $157 with all the fees.This company is ridiculous. For a 2bdr condo the $90 is more than I paid for house service. DO NOT recommend them by any means.
