I also appreciate that they reached out to me to resolve an issue about their policy of rescheduling appointments with 48-hour notice and were proactive in keeping my family’s dental care.
I love Metropolitan! Today I had my cleaning/exam with Willy who was so nice and professional and gave me a lot of really good advice in terms of oral care. They also consulted with Dr.I who is currently doing orthodontics to make sure everyone is on the same page, high recommend.
