  7. I go there quite often during the year to pick up a hydrant . There some very nice people there, from the guard shack guys to the the dudes who hook me up with the hydrants. Even when I call in for the reserving the hydrant , those people are nice too.

  21. They turned off the gas due to construction we have called in 5 times and they still haven’t showed up and it’s been over a month. WE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION regarding this. I recommend everyone who has been messed with by MUD do the same.

  22. Customer for 19 years, and I’ve never had a problem or service interruption with MUD. Yes, scheduling is not the best, but price wise, we’re lucky to have publicly owned utilities that are beholden to their customers, and not shareholders.

  23. I’ve never had problems with MUD. When I call they are very helpful. Payments are easy online. Never had problems with the service reps when i’ve had to call which isn’t often.
