Unfriendly delay for no reason
Very very rude receptionist
The receptionists are extremely rude and abrasive, their attitudes are completely unacceptable.
If you are booked until July, then what does it matter if your computers are down? Maybe lead with that.
Bad service waits are long on the phone like 40 minutes and are not professional
Appointment at 2.30 see the doctor at 3.30 and get the audiology test at 4pm. Never coming back to this place .
Dr Wilson and staff are very attentive and professional. Dr Wilson clearly explains what she is doing during her exam and treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and her practice.
Called today to request an appointment instead got the rudest operator I’ve come across snapping back at me that I had the wrong number. Never want to encounter her again and will report to Boston office immediately.
