High dollar power company who can’t run a company right. Then they go out & buy a internet company 🙄 has done nothing but run it into the ground. Internet never works or goes out all the time. Pay for a service & expect to get it! Complete nonsense & ridiculous… …
Would like to rate better but it seems that we have outages and or system updates without being warned with our Broadway Broadband. It would be nice to know if and when the internet will go down, plus with noone answering phone calls with the company an hour before they close doesn’t help either.
Since I moved here in 2017 I have never paid such high electric rates in my life and dont even get me started on the joke of an internet they offer for $85/mo!!!! Unfortunate for us we are stuck in a Monopoly and can’t switch to a competitor. Big Company, Big Government world these days!
Been with REMC since 2012. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Rates are not competitive, but when you are a power company you don’t need to be.
