The people were nice however, I had to make a follow up appointment because they had trouble with insurance so I was unable to be treated that day which was a bummer. That being said the follow up appointment was quick only 4 days later and the actual appointment only took 20 minutes.

The office staff could be a little more friendly, they sometimes make me feel like more of an inconvenience than a patient when I walk into the office, but Dr. Youngers is an absolutely wonderful doctor. And more importantly, a kind person, I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Great experience with the clinic. The staff is friendly and I was in and see the doctor in around 10 minutes from arrival. The staff is attentive and the doctor say me suprisingly quickly. She didn’t waste time and was up to speed on the info I provided the nurse. I was in and out in no time. I won’t have any issues going back.

They are terrible at managing appointments. They give you one time on a card, confirm a different time later. Poor management and patient care.
