They charged me $104.10 for a service that I did not need or ask for. I went to Mid Ohio because they claimed to perform LASIK but they don’t actually perform the procedure; they call TLC and make an appointment for you. Basically I paid $104.10 for a phone call.

Specially optical department staffs are so lazy to make return call. I do not know why asking leave message, even not give us return call. I think it was 4 times to waste my time for waiting. Never, never give me a return call. It is bad.

Horrible time management! Booked the first appointment in the AM, still 30 minutes late. Told to be at the Eye Center at 9:45 for an 11:15 surgery that didn’t even happen until after 1pm! Don’t worry though. They’ll give you a whole $3 discount on the $12 parking because they’re so far behind!
