I guess cardboard and old magazine’s are not recyclable. What’s the point of the blue bin, if you can’t put recyclables in it? I’m tired of guessing so we just stopped using it altogether. Oh plus the garbage truck broke our bin and they haven’t replaced it. Then they took the lid when they took the trash.
Kerman they left the green waste Friday. Saturday girl in dispatch said they were going to pick up Monday. They didn’t pick up said they would pick up Tuesday no time manager said they would pick up in 30 minutes still not done had to call city 1 hr half later after I complained again
Either they need a new system of keeping track of pickups with photos or something better than what they have now. We put our trash cans down on the 4th of July ( mind you the wedsite stated they would be close) they did run the route …
Ray and his team went out and beyond with surprising my son on his 3rd birthday. They came all the way out to our home and took him on a little ride and brought him some goodies. My son is beyond obsessed with garbage trucks and this alone, made his birthday very special. Thank you all for the amazing experience.

This is the 5th time in a 2 month span that my trash does not get picked up!!! They need a better EVERYTHING in Kerman!!

Didn’t pick up garbage on Friday March 18th 2022 again. They picked up recycling and left garbage.
