  1. Customer service on the phone is absolutely horrible. It seems as though they hate their jobs and the customers even more. If I had the option to change electricity companies, I would have already done so.

  9. Not the smartest cooperative when it comes to technology. Customer service is mediocre at best. Seriously considering going back to the dark ages with no electric would save me thousands a year. Usually, take your power down at least once a month for an hour or more with no credits for increase usage they cost in cooling.

  16. Service team works hard to restore power when it goes out and is great about communication as it pertains to time estimates in getting power restored. The customer service department, however, is very unprofessional, unwilling to help, and truthfully, a little bit rude. Very unfortunate.

  18. I called today to report an outage in my area and reached a live agent in a very short time. She was professional, knowledgeable, warm, and just a delight. Between the phone system and this employee, MTEMC receives the highest rating from me. This experience is in direct contrast with many of the companies we deal with these days!

I moved around a lot after 30 years of Navy and contractor jobs. My only recommendation is to continue to make improvements to your mobile app.
