Worst Customer Service ever experiences from a utility company. The published phone numbers when Googling and on their website are not correct. When you are able to finally speak with a live person, the CSRs are poorly trained and use archaic business practices.
We are in agreement with al previous comments. The customer service is poor and we are charged over $104.00 QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE FEE without even using a drop of water !!! That’s a lot of “ fee” per household and it feels like we are being robbed. The most expensive water we have ever dealt with in our lives.
I just moved to Delaware, and I just received my first bill, they charge a 69 dollar Maintenance fee! I have never paid for the maintenance of pipes owned by the water company! Isn’t that what the normal bill covers? What an absolute SCAM!! Worst company ever!

By far the worst company I have ever seen! You send us a bill..it is due in two weeks and then when it is a couple days late you disconnect our water! Some people only get paid every two freaking weeks!!!! You all are absolutely horrible!!
A great company if you want to call and have them come out 10 times for the same problem and also have them lie to you about which side of the line the problem is on. Time to replace some things in the 45 year old development of Sweetbriar folks
Terrible, they turn off your water without so much as a phone call or a knock on the door and it takes forever to get them to turn it back on even after payment is made!!!
